A little about me

10 years ago I started on a path of self discovery and development after facing a huge life change that left me feeling unsure of who I was.

During this time I retrained as a Personal Trainer & Movement Coach and set up a business with my partner - GymCats - this is in it’s 6th year of operation and still trading.

5 years ago we experienced a family tragedy that left me unsure of how to support those around me, how to support myself and unsure of how to cope with what I had seen.

Lockdown came and silenced the World - to me this moment felt like bliss. I was forced to stop for the first time in my life, forced to sit in the quiet with my feelings and thoughts. I started therapy to work through this and found myself working through my past too. It’s an ongoing journey.

I have faced some amazing personal and professional shifts over the last 5 years, and it has led to me training as a Breathwork Coach with The Blissful Breath Academy in Ireland, I’m currently a Level 2 Instructor and under a mentorship programme (my training is ongoing) and becoming an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner.

I combine my knowledge from the vast array of training courses over the last 10 years, along with my continued training and reading, with my personal life experience to help guide you on your journey.

We must always take care of ourselves first. I am a firm believer, the more we can accept who we are, find compassion for ourselves, and fall in love with ourselves, yes, fall in love with ourselves, the more ability we have to truly hold space for others. This is a daily practise, one that never ends, it just becomes more enjoyable the more you embrace it and the further you go.
